“Whitney” is an easy to sew, button on the shoulder dress, top, or tunic ~your choice! You choose whether to make it longer, as a dress, or shorter, as a top or tunic to pair with leggings, pants, or capris.  Full ruffle skirt features a contrast band to match the bodice band.  Sash tying into a bow completes the look.

You’ll choose the length to make your top or dress using your child’s measurements. Instructional photos are full color and detailed, with easy to understand step by step directions.
