Tilly is a full skirted, pullover style peasant dress, with no buttons or zippers. The relaxed fit makes it comfortable to wear, and you can dress it up or down, your choice! This tutorial includes the instructions for making the fabric flower shown at the waist, and full color, detailed photography and instruction for the dress. Instructions included for sizes 3 months up to size 12.
